Double Pistachio Cake

🥘 Ingredients

Cake

• eggs
  3
• oil
  1/2 cup
• pistachio pudding
  1 package
• water
  1 cup
• white or yellow cake mix
  1 box

Frosting

• cold milk
  1-1/2 cups
• dream whip
  1 envelope
• pistachio pudding
  1 package

🍳 Cookware

• mixing bowl
• 9 inch cake pans
• wire rack

Cake

   Combine white or yellow cake mix , pistachio pudding , eggs , water , and oil in a mixing bowl . Mix on medium speed for ⏱️ 2 minutes . Pour into greased and floured 9 inch cake pans .

   white or yellow cake mix: 1 box, pistachio pudding: 1 package, eggs: 3, water: 1 cup, oil: 1/2 cup

   Bake at 350 F for ⏱️ 30-35 minutes . Cool for ⏱️ 15 minutes then turn out the cakes onto a wire rack to finish cooling.

Frosting

   Beat dream whip , pistachio pudding , and cold milk together until fluffy, about ⏱️ 2 minutes , or until soft peaks form. Frost between layers, sides, and the top of the cake.
