Chocolate Éclair

🥘 Ingredients

• Cool Whip (thawed)
  8 oz
• chocolate frosting
  1 container
• graham crackers
  2 sleeves
• milk
  3 cups
• pudding mix
  6 oz

🍳 Cookware

• 13x9 pan
• large bowl

   Line the bottom of a 13x9 pan with graham crackers .

   graham crackers: 2 sleeves

   In a large bowl , combine pudding mix and milk , stirring well.

   pudding mix: 6 oz, milk: 3 cups

   Stir Cool Whip into the pudding mixture, then spread half of the mixture over the graham crackers.

   Cool Whip: 8 oz (thawed)

   Top with an additional layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture.

   Microwave chocolate frosting for ⏱️ 20 seconds , then pour or spread over the top.
