Buffalo Chicken Sliders

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large baking dish or rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray , then set aside.non-stick cooking spray

3Without pulling the rolls apart, use a large bread knife to slice the King's Hawaiian rolls in half as you would a bagel, separating into a sheet of tops and bottoms. Place the layer of bottoms on the prepared baking pan, cut side up.King's Hawaiian rolls: 2 packages

4Sprinkle half of the shredded Monterey jack cheese evenly across the rolls and top evenly with the chicken mixture. Top with the remaining cheese. Place the tops of the rolls on top.shredded Monterey jack cheese: 8 oz

5In a small bowl, stir together the unsalted butter and Italian seasoning . Brush over the tops of the sliders.unsalted butter: 3 tbsp (melted), Italian seasoning: 1/2 tsp
