Bite Steaks

• beef broth

• black pepper
• french onion soup
  1 can
• garlic (minced)
  2 tsp
• oil
  2 tbsp
• round eye steak
  1-1/2 pounds
• salt

   Cut the round eye steak into bite-sized pieces, mince the onion and garlic, then brown in a large pot with oil until steak is brown and the onions are tender.

   Add the french onion soup , beef broth , salt , black pepper , and garlic , then simmer over low heat for ⏱️ 1 hour until the sauce is thick.
