Bacon Bourbon Barbecue Sauce

1Place bacon in a heavy non-reactive saucepan . Cook over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon , until the bacon is browned, about ⏱️ 3 minutes .bacon: 2 strips (finely diced)

4Reduce the heat and simmer the sauce, uncovered, until thick and richly flavored, ⏱️ 15-20 minutes .
