= Cake

Mix @flour{3%cups}, @sugar{2%cups}, @cocoa powder{6%tbsp}, @salt{1%tsp}, @vinegar{2%tbsp}, @oil{3/4%cup}, @water{2%cups}, @vanilla{2%tsp} and @baking soda{2%tsp} together in a #mixing bowl{}. Bake at 350 F for ~{25%minutes}.

= Frosting

While the cake is baking, use a #medium sauce pan{} over medium heat to cook @milk{1%cup} and @flour{5%tbsp} until thick, stirring continually. Cool completely in the refrigerator for ~{1%hour}.

After cooling, add @shortening{1/2%cup}, @margarine{1/2%cup} and @granulated sugar{1%cup}. Beat until fluffy. Add @vanilla{1%tsp} and spread over cooled cake.
