= Cake

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a 10x15 inch #baking pan{}.

Combine @flour{2%cups}, @granulated sugar{2%cups}, @baking soda{1%tsp} and @salt{1/2%tsp} in a #large bowl{}. Beat in @sour cream{1/2%cup} and @eggs{2}.

Melt @butter{1%cup}, @water{1%cup} and @cocoa powder{5%tbsp} in a #small saucepan{} and bring to a boil, then remove from heat.

Allow cocoa mixture to cool slightly, then stir into egg mixture and mix until blended.

Pour into prepared pan and bake for ~{20%minutes} or until a toothpick comes out clean.

= Frosting

While the cake is baking, make the frosting: combine @milk{6%tbsp}, @cocoa powder{5%tbsp} and @butter{1/2%cup} in a #large saucepan{}. Bring to a boil then remove from heat. Stir in @powdered sugar{4%cups}.

Spread frosting over warm cake.

> Sour milk can be made by adding 1 tbsp of vinegar to fresh milk and letting it sit for a few minutes.
