Spinach Garlic Parmesan Orzo with Crispy Bacon

- large skillet
- large pot

1Add bacon to a large skillet and place over medium heat. Cook bacon on both sides until crispy and golden brown. Once done, blot with paper towel, chop into bite-sized pieces and set aside.bacon: 8 slices

2While the bacon is cooking, place a large pot of salted water over high heat. Once boiling, cook orzo pasta until al dente, about ⏱️ 7-9 minutes . Drain pasta, reserving reserved pasta water ; set aside.orzo pasta: 10 oz (uncooked), reserved pasta water: 1/2 cup

3Add butter to the same pot over medium heat. 4Add spinach ; cook until wilted, about ⏱️ 2 minutes . Add the cooked orzo back into the pot and turn heat to low.
