In a #large pot{}, combine @chicken broth{12%oz} and @water{48%oz} with @celery{3%stalks}(diced), @carrots{3}(diced), @onion{1%large}(diced), and @potatoes{3.5%cups}(diced). Cook until potatoes can be stabbed with a fork.

In a #sauce pan{}, slice @roasted sausage{2%lbs}, cover with water, and cook for ~{25%minutes}.

In a separate #bowl{}, mix @flour{2%tbsp}, @milk{1%cup}, and @sour cream{2%cups} until smooth.

Add the sausage along with its cooking water to the vegetable pot.

Temper the milk and sour cream mixture with some broth from the vegetables — this keeps the sour cream and milk from curdling — then add it to the soup and heat thoroughly. Season with @salt{} and @pepper{}.
