1Preheat oven to 350 F and grease two 9-inch round cake pans .

2Stir together sugar , all purpose flour , cocoa powder , baking powder , baking soda , and salt in a large mixing bowl .sugar: 2 cups, all purpose flour: 1.75 cups, cocoa powder: 3/4 cups, baking powder: 1.5 tsp, baking soda: 1.5 tsp, salt: 1 tsp

6Crumble the cooled cake into a large mixing bowl .
