Mix together @flour{1/2%cup}, @salt{1/2%tsp}, @pepper{1/2%tsp}, @paprika{1/2%tsp} and @garlic powder{1/2%tsp} in a #bowl{}.

Dredge @chicken breasts{2%large}(sliced into cubes) in the flour and seasoning mixture.

In a #skillet{} heat @olive oil{2%tbsp} and @butter{2%tbsp} over medium heat. Cook the chicken for ~{4%minutes} to ~{5%minutes} on each side until golden brown and reaches 165 degrees. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add @minced garlic{2%tbsp}, @sun dried tomatoes{1/3%cup}(chopped) and @chicken broth{1%cup} to the skillet.

Lower the heat and add @heavy cream{1%cup} and @parmesan cheese{1%cup}.

Add @red pepper flakes{1%tsp}, @oregano{1/2%tsp} and @thyme{1/2%tsp}. Stir together well and let simmer.

Add @frozen tortellini{19%oz}, cover and let cook for ~{5%minutes} until tender.

Once the tortellini is tender, add the chicken back to the skillet and serve.
